Refund policy
Returns We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To start a return, contact us at hello@itstrendinguk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods (e.g. underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Your Legal Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You must notify us within this period and return the item within 14 days of cancellation.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
